Vacature Senior Project Manager
MSD is a large pharmaceutical company in Oss, the Netherlands. The department Global Engineering Services (GES) aims to be the best engineering organisation within the best healthcare company. GES help Merck to manufacture and deliver pharmaceutical, consumer and animal health products to their customers by delivering extraordinary engineering business solutions.
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for GES.
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the execution of a major and/or a portfolio of strategic manufacturing projects at MSD Sites in Continental Europe. Activities range from business case verification to concepts design and implementation. Projects may include all aspects of API, Pharmaceutical and Bio Pharmaceutical development and production. The Project Manager will also initially act as a key account manager for pharmaceutical projects in the Benelux region.
This role is based in the Benelux regio Oss, Haarlem (Netherlands) or Heist (Belgium).
Profile:
Bachelor Degree in an engineering discipline combined with at least ten years of relevant experience in project management of capital projects in a high tech industry e.g. pharma, Bio Pharma of FMCG. Prior experience in Bio Pharmaceuticals is preferred. You have to speak English fluently and your are willing to learn Dutch. Additional language skills are preferred. Flexibility towards travelling will be required.
